新硬盘XP HOME, HKDSK发现有问题,是否硬盘坏了?

DELL 1100, 刚换了个新硬盘,只装了WINDOWS XP HOME 及简单的几个软件比如 MSN MESSENGER, YAHOO MESSENGER, CHKDSK 却一直发现有问题, /F 也无法修正. 请教是否硬盘坏了? 多谢
