HP diagonostic test, hard drive smart test :pass, but, hard drive shot DST test : failed.

its error message: "M083um-65H7M8-QFPK1G-60SX03"
the windew cannot start up normally, error message:" C\HP\data\hpLB\HPLB.DAt failed for read "
it can connect to wifi but most of programs or files not found or displayed by desktop icon,but shown it is empty!

My priority is to recover or restore the data on the hard drive.
Please help!!!urgent.
