Help~~ windows error.

recently i just reinstall my windows XP system, but after that when i restart the computer, i could not log in.
"A problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the license for this computer. Error code: 0x800004005."
Please help me, i am not very knowlegable on computer. I need help.
