求教，win 7 不认网线和无线， 重装， 格式重装无效， 求解。 另外近来声卡也死翘了是否没救了？

求教，win 7 不认网线和无线，　重装，　格式重装无效，　求解。　另外近来声卡也死翘了是否没救了？
 最近以来log off  就不能再上网，　restart 才行，声响也类似。
