请教专家们，我的手提电脑无法上网

我的手提电脑无法上网有段时间了，可是儿子手提电脑和所有人的iPad 都能连接上网络。网络公司说是我的电脑问题，

我曽尝试用网络公司的usb重新启动，可是却显示无法连接网络公司。

哪位大侠能告诉我，怎么办才好啊？
