软件安装问题, 求救.

我的手提电脑,win7 home premium, 最近不能安装软件了, 如Adobe flash player. 一点安装file(.exe), 就立马灰屏(幕), 非得按Ctrl+Alt+Del,
才恢复. 请教各位高手, 是什么问题? 指点如何解决? 先道谢了.
