Lycamobile 打多少付多少计划的语音电话费涨价了，从原来的 $0.02／分涨到 $0.05／分。短信和数据价格没变。

似乎新加入的人还必需先加入一个计划 (最便宜的 $２３/月)，然后才能改为打多少付多少计划. 相比较，Ｔruphone 有优势了
