请教：用Norton Ghost复制硬盘，出现NTLDR is missing。

旧电脑想换一个硬盘，是WIN XP系统。
用Norton Ghost 14.0 back up 所有的文件和操作系统到新硬盘中。
装上新硬盘后，出现NTLDR is missing，不能启动。用重装的CD也不能启动。
拿下新硬盘检查，在操作系统 i386 中有 NTLDR，244k。
请问哪位知道如何解决，先谢了。
