请问把公司网站翻译成双语网站的具体操作方法？

我们公司准备在中国开分公司，现在要把我们现有的纯英文网站翻译成中文网站，请问谁能提供这方面的具体操作方法？

1）注册域名公司 ( 例如：www.abc.com.cn; or, www.abc.com/cn;  or, www.cn.abc.com, what's the best practice)?
2）web hosting company ( recommend a reliable web hosting company in China?)
3) translate everything into Chinese so that our website can have 2 versions (English, and Chinese), can be switched per users language preference.
4) payment gateway recomendations?


anyone who had such experience, can you please share with me?
