求救: 有线网卡不工作，无法上网。

求救：
有线网卡无法上网

Windows XP Professional 原版， 刚装上，除了装了网卡(Intel PRO/100 VE) 外，没有装其他软件。 无法有线上网，但可以无线上网。
我依次送出了如下指令，结果如下：

1. cmd IPConfig
IP Address: 169.254.251.11
Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0
DNS Suffix 及 Default Gateway 均无值

2. cmd IPConfig/release
结果不变, IP 地址仍为 169.254.251.11
（第一次试时，指令IPConfig/release后， IP地址变为0.0.0.0. 第二次试时，当重新启动系统后， 重复发指令 IPConfig/release后， IP地址仍为169.254.251.11，不变。 不知何故两次不能重复）

3. cmd IPConfig/renew
An error occured while renewing interface local area connection: Unable to contact your DHCP Server.
Request has time out

4. IPConfig
结果不变， IP address 仍为 169.254.251.11

5. 拔下网线，等30秒，再接入，cmd IPConfig:
UP address: 0.0.0.0.
Subnet Mask: 0.0.0.0.

6. Device Manager 检查，网卡工作正常
Disable - Enable 网卡，结果仍为 0.0.0.0. 如 5.不变。

7. 检查 TCP/IP设定，为装机的default 设定， 即自动获得IP 及 DNS

8. ping -a IP
结果为：ping request could not find host IP

不知道该怎么办了。请专家指导。谢谢。
