急救: install 中隶繁 under windows

OS: Windows 2000 Pro
Can't install 中隶繁 (HDZB_76.TTF) to winnt/fonts,
always show message: unable to install font, file
"HDZB_76.TTF" is eigther invalid or damaged.
I've tried download this font from different sites.
