For a few minutes, I really wanted to buy this product but I did not after all. I got a RaspberryPi last year and I installed XBMC on it. It has been working very well. The problem I have had is the power adapter to work with RaspberryPi. It would freeze if it does not get enough power. The Good part is that XBMC supports AirPlay, it has a Chinese plugin for Chinese TV programing through SohuTV, LeTV, YouKu, CNTV... You name it. I also have an AppleTV and I used the proxy for Chinese TV streaming so I get pretty much all the Chinese stuff on it. I don't see this ChromeCast would support the same functions at this time.
