digital river上的Windows 7也是合法的，不要钱。。。。

要钱的部分是license.  如果你的电脑是品牌电脑，而且原来出厂时装的是Windows 7，那么这个电脑已经有License（信息在电脑的BIOS里）。

eBay上Win7 Pro CD for refurbished PC就是给已有License的电脑用的，与digital river上的一模一样。

如果你的电脑没有Windows 7 license，你装了Windows 7后有30天时间让你activate（问你要Product Key）.

注意Code of Authentication 与 License 不是一回事。Code of Authentication 是说这个Microsoft生产的，License是说你有权用。
