why I can't post here using XP

Hi!

I can post here in office computer using win98. However, when i try to post at home, it shows a completely blank page, just with "Done" at the bottom left of the browser. Can any expert tell me why?

I am using Windows XP Pro with all the latest patch, and it is a IBM R40 laptop.
