just the regular PCI? If you're talking about latter, then AGP is far superior to it. PCI-X is the next generation. Right now, you would see much difference between a PCI-X-based graphic card and an AGP-based graphic card but you can bet on it that you will see PCI-X will become the creme of the crop for next year.
