理论上应该没有区别，

LCD背板都是一样的，因此应该没有区别。

输入接口也可以互换，因此应该没有区别。

但是，当使用HDMI输入时， 似乎电视屏达不到显示器的色彩以及全屏，需要just scan之类。

fianlly, my solution is to use a Monitor that has TV tuner. Since it still has DVI input, it is a monitor rather than a TV. The result is perfect.

I'd rather use Monitor and add on a tuner instead of a TV that have HDMI/DVI or VGA input.
