请教高手，OBi100, SP2/Nonoh doesn't work, 怎么回事，谢谢!

OBi100, SP1: GV, 打进打出没问题

I have Nonoh registered on SP2. But when I dial *2 xxx xxx xxxx, I was told this number was rejected by service provider reason 404.

什么问题，如何解决？ 谢谢！
