请教大师, 重装window xp 问题

Dell台式机,想重装window xp,format 硬盘后,发现cd ROM坏了,换了一个CD ROM,看似正常,进出自如,

 

请指点,谢谢.

 

 但computer不认识CD ROM, 显示无操作系统, 用3.5"寸盘能启动computer, 但怎样装window?
