All Roku devices, including LT, 2 XD and XS can be used to watch Chinese programs in addition to English programs. You need to install the free Chinese program application following the instruction at the following website:

http://www.netstartv.com/

You can also buy Roku online throught the above website (same price) so the author of the free application can get small refer fee. Certainly you can buy it at other places like Bestbuy and still install the app for free.
