求助：我的电脑居然能看到别人电脑里的文件，怎么回事？

这么回事：今天无意中进入start--my network places, 居然在上面看到不知谁家电脑里的C盘：C on Adam's VAIO。我住在学校，用的是学校的网络。查了一下邮箱，对门的邻居是叫Adam, 难道是他家用了什么装置？既然我能读到他硬盘的东西，那么他也能读到我的硬盘了，对吗？难道他有什么企图？我该怎么处理这件事？谢谢。
