SipSorcery free account中只能有一个SIP provider。用VoipDicount就不能用其他的。

解决方法：选容许Unregistered forwarding的VoIP provider，比如IPKall、CallCentric等。他们不占用SipSorcery的SIP provider。不知SipGate行不行
