Not exactly sure, but why it can't be done?

You know how to call data from different tabs, so you list the data from 58 tabs in the 59th tab, and set whatever format you want in the 50th tab.

You don't need to follow the format of other 58 tabs.

for exampe: ='tab12!'B12 (or similar calling)

=[pathtoWorkboolX.xls]sheetname!cellReference
