Which one is better?

1. desktop internal hard drive IDE/PASA, 160GB, used, price+shipping, $40.00

2. desktop internal hard drive IDE/PASA, 320GB, new, price+shipping, $80.00

In case that the motherboard fails, can I use the IDE/PASA internal hard drive to a computer which has an original internal hard drive SATA? If yes, how?
