65w should be good enough for integrated video card

Integrated graphics models shipped with 65W, discrete models shipped with 90W.

If you order the integrated video model, 65W is good enough

also if you want to buy the dock or get dedicated video card upgrade, better go with 90W.

the more power, the more deveices can be powered. so, yes, the bigger W, the better, but the adaptor size and weight increase too.
