蓝屏求救！！

Lenovo think pad t61 win7 enterprise.
蓝屏了，正常启动以后三分钟左右一定蓝屏。
安全模式（带网络的）一定没事，用几天都没事。
蓝屏信息是0x0000008E（0X00000005，xxxxx，xxxxxxx）
ataport.sys 83BD5487，。。
试过恢复系统，无效。现在已经无法再恢复了。
正常模式下，试过把分辨率降到800，无效。
在msconfig.下，试过最小规模的启动，倒是没事，可啥也干不了，还不如安全模式，至少能上网。
恢复以后，因为没了SP1，从新装SP1以后还是一样。
我觉得还是软件的问题，某个service 在捣乱。
在msconfig试过关掉所有开机启动程序，在service里面，关掉所有除了microsoft以外的service
,还是蓝屏。
检测过内存，没发现啥问题。
大师们出出主意啊。
实在不想从装系统。
