我这电脑是什么问题，很长时间了

电脑相对老了一点，几年前买的。
PIII-450, 32M Creative 3d blaster savage4,256M sdram, matsonic motherboard. Dual bootable system Win98 and WinXP. 在Win98下，系统稳定性极佳，从未死机或蓝屏过。但自从加上XP后，XP系统既不稳定，常常在毫无准备下重起。(系统没有病毒)。
自从安了XP后，以为是电源问题，买了一个新机箱，问题照旧。XP版本换了一个又一个，包括EWinXP, EWinXP VLK, Chinese WinXP (神州版，大企业版), Win2003. 系统还是不断重起。这次又跟新了motherboard bios. 还是不行。实在是没招了
请各位大侠给指点一二。
