best free wifi call clients for cell phone between US and China

I would like to hear people's experience here on best call client on cell phones:

1, skype

2, fring

3, mobilevoip

4, qq

5, sipgate

6. google voice, there is only free texting, for voice we need to deal with voice call back.

7. Other choice
