哪个国产的MediaPlayer可以在北美看CCTV5

听说国产的 MediaPlayer可以在北美看CCTV5，不受IP address 的限制(许多ppstream  类似PC software 都有限制）。请教熟悉这领域的能详细说一下牌子和型号。价格最好在100以下。
