求解：nonoh不能打通IPKall,也打不通GV号，但普通电话可以。

IPKall挂在callcenric上，GV指向IPKall。

用ATA通过nonoh账号打IPKall或GV，直接是忙音，用nonoh的softphone打是立即出现“The other party ended the call”。

用普通电话可以打通打IPKall或GV，用nonoh的ATA或softphone也可打通普通电话。

请有经验的同童帮忙。
