请教万能的红太阳， 电池充电可以程序控制吗？

目前我所知道的，只有 THINKPAD 可以控制，即使插上电源，电池也可以不充电，除非电池电力低到指定值。这一点其实对电池的寿命很重要，但不知为啥，其他电脑都没有这功能，特别是平板电脑通通没有。专利问题吗？
