求助！

DELL 机子， 操作系统是VISTA. 试着换成XP. 把XP CD装进去开始SETUP. 结果到最后得到“A disk read error occurred， press CTL-alt-delete to restart. ”按了这三个键，还是挂在那不动。 手工关机，然后试了VISTA，and XP CD , 总是得到同样结果。 怎么办呢？ 大侠们帮帮忙吧。 谢谢谢谢！
