我的WIN2000机器被人做了手脚，我应该检查哪些可能被人

远程登录的设置，比如说我怎没才能知道对方是否能够通过TELNET,FTP等等登陆我的机器，还有什么WORKGROUP,USER，共享文件等等，另外请教，有没有什么软件能够知道有人在PING自己？
