请问如何将英文的操作系统换成中文操作系统？

I am taking a laptop back to China to give it to my parents. Currently I have the English version of Windows 7 installed. How do I change it to Chinese OS? Do I have to buy a seperate OS? I have to get the laptop completely ready since my parents do know anything about computer.
