简单三步在 TouchPad 上装 Android

经过努力，现在把 Android 装到 HP TouchPad 上是易于翻掌了。网上的 Tutorials 数不胜数，下面是本人的实践（Windows 的环境），也许能省你一点时间。

现在的 webOS 版本是 HP webOS 3.0.4 77，若要升级请先 (TouchPad -> Settings -> System Updates).

1) 首先是下载，我们需要5个文件，分别是：
    novacom-win-32.tgz - x64 版本或其它 OS 在这里
    ACMEInstaller.zip

    update-cm-7.1.0-tenderloin-a1-fullofbugs.zip
    update-cwm_tenderloin-1012.zip
    moboot_0.3.3.zip

    下载 links
2) 头两个文件要留在 PC 上，后面三个文件传到 HP 上去。
以 microUSB cable 将 Touchpad 联上 PC，将
    update-cm-7.1.0-tenderloin-a1-fullofbugs.zip
    update-cwm_tenderloin-1012.zip
    moboot_0.3.3.zip
从 PC 拷至 TOUCHPAD 目录 \cminstall.

在 PC 上解包 novacom-win-32.tgz，安装 NovacomInstaller_x86.msi 到 C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc
将 ACMEInstaller.zip 解包后得到的 ACMEInstaller，也拷至 C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc

3) 重启 Touchpad，启动时手按 Volume Up 键，将进入 Touchpad 的 bootie 状态（显示一个大的 USB 标识）。
硬启动是按住 Power 键，直至出现红色选项 Shut Down. 点之关机，然后按 Power 键重启（按住 Volume Up 键）。
软启动是 TouchPad -> Settings -> Device Info -> Reset Options -> Restart, 启动时按住 Volume Up 键。

如果你没有断开 microUSB cable 的话，Touchpad 和 PC 还是相连的。在 PC 机认可了 Touchpad 之后，以 cmd 进入 C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc 运行 novacom.exe 
C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc>novacom boot mem://
几分钟之后，Touchpad上 会出现 Linux 的企鹅，并进程信息。
稍安勿躁，最后 Touchpad 将自启进入 Android，你的 Project 也就告成了。


现在你的 Touchpad 是有两套系统，切换如下：
Android -> webOS:
按住 Power 键到Tablet Options -> Reboot -> Reboot to webOS -> ok
按 Power 键启动至 webOS

从 webOS 到 Android 也要关机（参见上面的硬、软启动）重启，请留意启动后的 moboot 的选项 boot CyanogenMod，就进入 Android 了。
