After upgraded IE 8 from IE 6, slower, more memory

After upgraded IE 8 from IE 6, my machine seems slower and much memory taken.

"Processes of Windows Task Manager" on my machine shows: 2 IE images (in fact, I open only 1 IE window). Also, a "YahooAUSservice..." shows on "Task Manager" too.

Can someone please advise?
