请高手帮忙查一下这个email的ip and id 来自哪里

昨天我慕名收到个骂我的email来自这里，我没有得罪罪过什么人，前2天我在网上遇到个老美骂中国不好，我也骂了他一次，但用的id和我收到昨天收到骂我的贴子不是一个email, 所以我觉得不大可能是这个老美，我想知道以上的email 来自哪里， user 是谁。多多感谢
