How can your company accept order without proper inventory!!! You have wasted my chance. If there is no stock in your warehouse then dont allow customer to book!!! I could have got another deal elsewhere at that moment if my order has been rejected.

You should feel regetful for causing such inconvenience to your customer!!!.

I am utterly disappointed with your ecommence website and i felt strongly to warn the netizens community  about my bad encounter with Barnes and Noble.

What a sure way of garnering credit card and personal information without obligation. I felt so cheated.
