Problem from deletion of winxp

I had English and Chinese versions of windows xp in two partitions on my computer before. Every time when I started my computer, there was a interface allowing me to choose which OS. However, I already deleted my Chineses xp by formatting its partition. After that, the interface for choosing OS still exists, and becomes annoying. Any body here knows how to remove or hide this interface? Thanks a lot for your attention.
