Sipsorcery的问题？

1、本月开始SS限制免费用户自能一个Dial Plan和一个Sip Provider，我的帐户因此给冻上了，打不了电话，删了几个不必要的，dial plan, sip provider都只保留了一个，可是还是不能用？请问如何能激活原来的帐户。

2、新建了一个帐户，把原来的dial plan考过去，打入为空，可以接电话，但打出电话时时显示：

DialPlan 22:15:16:930 sip1(191188): GALX key H9ESfjhe-hs successfully retrieved.

NATKeepAlive 22:15:17:070 sip1(178296): Requesting NAT keep-alive from proxy socket udp:69.59.142.213:5060 to udp:70.79.13.128:5070.

DialPlan 22:15:17:555 sip1(191188): Exception on GoogleVoiceCall. Could not find _rnr_se key on your Google Voice account page, callback cannot proceed.

DialPlan 22:15:17:555 sip1(191188): Dialplan cleanup for ××××××.

DialPlan 22:15:17:805 sip1(191188): Dial plan execution completed without answering and with no last failure status.

DialPlan 22:15:17:805 sip1(191188): UAS call failed with a response status of 480.

请问是什么原因，如何解决？

我用的是SS+Sipgate。
