请教，要不要换win7

compaq 60CQ，AMD Sempron SI-42芯片，2.1GHZ，缓存很烂（64k L1-D, 64K L1-I, 512K L2) 。Wustrib 330C 主板，DDR2 2G内存，NVIDIA GeForce 8200M G显卡。现在安装的是XP SP3。不知道为什么，慢的很。。按说不至于。看HP的网站说是可以升级到win7的。大师请问下，要不要升级，升级之后会不会更慢？XP很慢的原因会是什么？貌似没有病毒的说。。。
