Parallel is a software simulator to run Windows OS / Linux/ DOS / ... on Mac. Of course you need a copy of Windows / Linux / DOS / ... software. With Parallel, you can have both Mac and PC on 1 computer at the same time. Unlike Apple's Base Camp, you don't need to reboot computer to switch to other OS.
