need a smartphone with no contract --- paid by company for month

My current company will provide their own smartphone within 3 months from now. However for now, they require us to be oncall and have our own smartphone to receive emails, alerts.

 

What is the best deal? I need a smartphone with no yearly contract. Company will pay $100 per month for services.
