电脑故障请教高手

请教各位大侠，家里的dell gateway 被儿子放了一天dvd后，开机后总显示“DISK READ ERROR OCCURRED, Press ctrl+alt+del to restart。当然我们重启了很多遍，结局还是一样。敬请指教，不胜感激。
