网页如何插入视频

网页如何插入视频，即支持普通浏览器，也支持iPad?

试过 mp4 不成

m4v 只支持 ipad-iphone 不支持 IE

那位高手有经验，请教导

 

网页中加入什么code 能让普通网页自动识别 ipad iphone, 然后跳到iphone ipad 专用页面？
