Graphics Subscore低会影响计算机运行速度吗？

前几天问了Dell 560运行慢的问题，后来memory加到4.0GB，好像速度快了一些。但查windows experience index只有3.3: subscores：processor 4.3，memory 4.9，graphics 3.3，hard disk 5.9。请问有必要upgrade graphics card, 提高运行速度吗？
