There is a way that you can do it but you need to use vpn or proxy. I never used HD2 so I can not tell you exactly what you need to do. T-mobile allows access to anything with tmo in the url so if you have a vpn server with something like tmo.xxx.xx.com might work. Once your vpn is working correctly, all the internet traffic will go through your vpn server voip should work.
