Help with Obi110-Google Voice setup please

I received the obi110 today and it was easy to setup up the Google voice on it. Out going calls work great, but the phone that connects to the Obi110 doesn't ring when receiving incoming calls. My calls always go to the voicemail directly. Any insights will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
