新买的Dell Inspiron 560 desktop速度奇慢

新买的Dell Inspiron 560 desktop速度奇慢，上网和文件操作都慢，不知是为什么。配置差不多甚至还低的两台Dell laptop上网速度都很正常，快得多。请能人指导。
