Win7在另一分区装了XP，怎样恢复win7？

一台Compaq手提电脑，原来系统是W7，在另一个分区上安装了XP，结果W7就启动不了了。没有恢复盘，有没有简单的办法恢复为W7？最好是能够双重启动。
