如何用7-zip 代替WinRaR 来打开movie 的rar file?

我在网上下载一些个老电影, 都是rar file, 可是现在的WinRaR不是free 的了, 听说7-zip 可用.

可下载后不知如何用法,(搞不好) 哪位大侠肯指点一下吗? 多谢了!
